    PRIM AND PROPER: it means formal, serious and right.
    Example: She is very prim and proper everytime, but when she is in the job is so polite thet I´m fascinated.

    PART AND PARCEL: an esential part of something
    Examples: Keeping the accounts is part and parcel of my job.
    Tears are part and parcel of growing up.
